The Graduate School of Humanities, Nagoya University invites applications for an Associate Professor in Modern Japanese/East Asian History to start on October 1, 2021 (or as early as possible thereafter). The successful candidate will be teaching in English in the Japan-in-Asia Cultural Studies Program (JACS), one of Nagoya University’s international G30 programs.
Application deadline: May 9, 2021.
We expect to schedule interviews in late May or the first days of June.
Please note that although we only ask for a limited number of documents for the first screening, it is acceptable to already submit materials for the secondary screening as well.
